Welcome to The Green Pickle (https://thegreenpickle.co/). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intellectual Property & Art Ownership

All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the sole intellectual property of Ana Risquez / The Green Pickle.

  • Purchasing a physical artwork, fine art print, or custom rug does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

  • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any artwork or content from this site without express written permission.

Products, Limited Editions, & Pricing

  • Art Prints & Rugs: We make every effort to display the textures, details, and colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

  • Limited Editions: Our limited edition prints are strictly capped at the stated quantities (e.g., Limited Edition of 20, split into 10 prints per size). Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced in that format.

  • Currency: All transactions are securely processed in USD ($). International currency exchange rates are determined by your bank or payment issuer at the time of purchase.

Production, Shipping, & Customs

  • Eco-Conscious Production: To minimize our carbon footprint, prints are produced and fulfilled locally through our regional workshop networks in Mexico, the USA, Venezuela, and the EU whenever possible.

  • Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide ($30 USD for Art Prints, $18 USD for Domestic Rugs in Mexico, and $180 USD for International Rugs).

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments outside our local production hubs, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country's customs authority.

GDPR & Data Privacy

Your privacy is deeply important to us. How we collect, handle, and store your personal data—especially for users residing in the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)—is explicitly detailed in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the artist's primary studio operations (Mexico).
